Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes , ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users' needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. NWCare are now recruiting home care assistants in Omagh and surrounding areas for both full-time and part-time rotas. Mornings - 07.00 - 14:30; Afternoons - 15:00 - 18:30 and Evenings - 19:00 - 23:00 Do you want more flexibility and an opportunity to get out and about in the community? Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
  • Great communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • QCF Level 3 or above in health and social care
  • Previous paid caring experience
  • Care about the community they live in
  • Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
