Job description

We are recruiting home care assistants for a complex care package in Derry/Londonderry. Full training for this role will be provided in our in-house training academy. Hours of work - Every other Saturday from noon until 16:00. You are required to have at least six months past paid caring experience to qualify for this role. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 6 months previous care experience essential
• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Great communication skills
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 3 or above in health and social care
• Care about the community they live in
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
