Job description

Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, this role is based within a busy production and manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for supporting the efficient manufacture of products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance. Working collaboratively to support the delivery of all Key Production Indicators and operational targets. Operate machinery manually in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and all Health and Safety requirements. Ensure full compliance with all operating procedures when using machinery or forklift trucks. Maintain adherence to all quality standards and production specifications. Carry out daily hygiene and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Take responsibility for Health, Safety, and Environmental standards within your area of work, ensuring safe practices for yourself and others. Proactively report any health, safety, or environmental concerns to the appropriate managers.
