Job description

As a Subway Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for preparing sandwiches efficiently, delivering excellent customer service, proactively engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and safe customer-facing environment. You will prioritise tasks that directly impact the customer experience during opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and salads consistently according to Subway standards and formulas to ensure Customers receive the same great customer experience every time.
• Maintain speed targets so customers are not having to wait unnecessarily.
• Engage with customers proactively by asking simple social questions and providing friendly service, without reducing speed of service.
• Prioritise customer-facing tasks and visible cleanliness especially when busy.
• Maintain food safety at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and constant communications during busy periods.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Education: Some high school or equivalent.
• Experience: No previous experience required.

Further Information

Hours: 20 - 30 per week. Location: 1-3 Main Street, Ballymoney, BT53 6AN. Competencies: Customer Focus Proactively engages customers; shows genuine interest.
