Job description

The specialist nurse is a practitioner with extensive clinical knowledge within the field of Dermatology. His/her role will be to provide specialist nursing care , education and counselling to patients receiving biologics for dermatological conditions, co-ordinating care between the outpatient, inpatient and home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, clinical leadership in all issues related to Dermatology and to patients, carers, nurses and other professionals throughout the Trust.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Registered General Nurse Adult with current registration on Part 1 level1 on the live NMC register.
