Job description

The post holder will be responsible for the management, training and delivery of RQF assessments / Internal Quality Assurance within Maternity Services in a range of hospitals/ community. They will be required to work across all Trusts. They will liaise and take direction from the manager of the vocational workforce assessment centre.

Responsibilities

• To prepare and deliver, training and workshops to equip learners with the knowledge they require to complete their Regulated Qualification Framework qualification.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Registered Midwife on the live NMC Register.
• Have at least 3 years post registration experience as a midwife within the last 5 years.

Desirable Skills

• Experience of delivering Learning and Development within Maternity setting
