Job description

Provide Learning Disability nursing care to a defined population of adults with a Learning Disability and their carers. He/she will work as a member of a Multi-Disciplinary Team providing specialist Learning Disability nursing support, advice and practical assistance as required.

Responsibilities

• The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care and/or the implementation and evaluation of these programmes of care.
