Job description

The post holder will demonstrate person centered care, through role-modelling this approach to care in their own practice. In addition, the post holder will play a supportive role in leading the development of the care setting, seeking opportunities for learning and development. Drawing on own expertise, the post holder will disseminate expert evidence based knowledge and skills in order to continuously develop self and others.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills
