Admin/Facilities Manager
Job description
The Administration/Facilities Manager will provide and maintain an efficient administrative management service for Aisling Centre team and provide building facility management. The role includes the organisation and co-ordination of office systems and procedures; overseeing day-to day facilitates operations; utilising leadership and team working skills to maintain a pleasant work environment; and ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and accountability

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A qualification in Health and Safety and 5 GCSE (or equivalent) to include English Language (minimum grade ‘C’ or equivalent)and 3 years’ full-time equivalent experience managing a busy demanding office environment
- OR 3rd Level qualification in business studies, administration management or equivalent plus GCSE Maths and English (minimum grade ‘C’ or equivalent) ad at least 5 years’ full-time equivalent experience working within a busy office environment
