Job description

Join an established team in Ballymena as a Labourer and support a range of road surfacing and civils projects across multiple locations. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, consistent work and the chance to build a career within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with road surfacing operations including tar laying and spreading
• Supporting kerbing and edging works
• Preparing surfaces for tarring (cleaning, levelling, groundwork)
• Operating hand tools and assisting with site equipment
• Supporting plant operators and skilled trades
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• General labouring duties as required

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in construction, civils, roadworks or similar (preferred but not essential)
• Flexibility to work weekends when required
• Full driving licence (desirable due to site-based work)

Further Information

Monday to Friday (flexibility required for weekend work during busy periods) Overtime available depending on workload Overtime rates: Time and a half (1.5x) Double time (2x) for Sundays Permanent, full-time position
