- Support the specialist renal nursing team to deliver on the home therapies programme (home haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and transplantation).
- To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of patient care and the highest possible standard of nursing practice.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the Live NMC Register (Adult) and Have 3 years post-registration experience.

Further Information
Salary: £38,682 - £46,580 per annum pro rata.
