Job description
As Duty Manager you are responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the property during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and compliance with company standards. This role acts as the senior point of contact on-site in the absence of senior management.
Responsibilities
- Support, motivate, and coordinate staff to deliver excellent service.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Manage shift handovers and ensure effective communication between teams.
