The Wedding Venue Setup Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that all wedding and event spaces are prepared to the highest possible standard. This role is responsible for delivering immaculate presentation and attention to detail in all table settings and venue dressing, ensuring every wedding begins with a flawless first impression. This is a hands-on, early morning role requiring reliability, consistency, and pride in delivering exceptional standards that contribute directly to the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up to exact specifications and layout plans.
- Ensure all cutlery, etc cleaned, polished, and presented to a high standard.
- Iron, prepare and dress tablecloths.
- Accurately set tables, ensuring precise placement of all items.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Attention to detail skills.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, weddings, housekeeping, or event setup.
- Understanding of premium service standards in a hospitality environment.
