Job description

To work within a team to develop and deliver personalised support and care services to Housing with care tenants, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• And 6 months experience in a formal care/support role working with vulnerable adults or,
• 2 years experience in a formal care /support role and previous experience of working with vulnerable adults.
• Must be registered with NISCC or if new to the sector must register within 6 months.
