Job description

To provide excellent table service during weddings, banquets, and events by serving pre-ordered food and beverages efficiently, maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to the correct tables according to event plan/place cards
• Ensure food is served promptly and in the correct order
• Communicate effectively with other staff
• Maintain a professional presence at all times

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team

Desirable Skills

• Previous banqueting or hospitality experience preferred (training can be provided).
• Basic food hygiene knowledge desirable.
• Comfortable carrying trays and plates (training available).
