Job description

As Night Bar Manager you are responsible for overseeing the property and team members during late night hours, ensuring guest safety, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth operations until morning. Cash up marquee tills (1 & 2) accurately. Clean and restock back bar area. Clean front bar area, including glassware and surfaces. Security check of entire building. Each station is operationally ready for the next shift.

Responsibilities

• This role supervises late-night weddings, manages bar and night porter teams, maintains hygiene and security protocols, and acts as the senior point of contact during night hours.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Supervise the bar and serving staff on duty, allocating duties and quality check sign offs.
• Manage night porters, allocation of and ensuring duties are completed to standard and quality check sign offs.
