Job description
Supporting day to day office operations.
Responsibilities
- General office administration and clerical duties.
- Answering phone and handling customer enquiries.
- Maintaining records and filing systems, cash and bank reconcilation and vat submissions.
- Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience an advantage.
