Job description

Supporting day to day office operations.

Responsibilities

  • General office administration and clerical duties.
  • Answering phone and handling customer enquiries.
  • Maintaining records and filing systems, cash and bank reconcilation and vat submissions.
  • Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous administrative experience an advantage.
