Responsibilities

  • Interpret and follow engineering drawings and instructions.
  • Fit mechanical and hydraulic components using manual and power tools.
  • Safely handle and move production parts.
  • Work to daily production targets on the assembly line.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or mechanical assembly role.
  • Confidence using power tools and reading technical drawings.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet changing priorities.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in mechanical fitting and/or hydraulics.
