McKinstry Group has recently invested in a cutting-edge recycling facility at their headquarters in County Antrim. This milestone development represents the largest and most advanced facility of its kind in the UK and Ireland. Your main responsibility as a Baling Operator is to ensure efficient operation of the baling process, and contributing to the smooth running overall of the site.

Responsibilities

• The operator will use various machinery to separate materials, to include both mobile & stationary plant.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment: Following all safety protocols.
• Performing regular maintenance checks: ensuring maximised operational time is achieved.
• Be able to understand and follow Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments. Contribute to the company Health and Safety culture.
• The operator will communicate with team members and operations manager any issues or concerns.
• The operator will ensure that the records and specifications are met as per the company requirements.
