Support individuals to live safely and independently at home. Our aim is to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing whilst following individual care plans and maintaining safe respectful environments.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live safely and independently at home.
• The role involves assisting with all activities of adult daily living, including preparing meals, administering or prompting medication, and helping with mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, assist with household tasks and support individuals to access their communities, attend appointments and participate in social activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 6 months paid or voluntary experience within the care sector.
• Drivers Licence & access to a car.

Must have Access to a mobile phone. Access NI check is required for the role which is paid for by the employer.
