Choice is hiring a Scheme Coordinator for Aughrim Court. This post holder will provide day-to-day support to the tenants of this Sheltered Living Scheme. The Scheme Coordinator will liaise directly with the tenants, their relatives and Health and Social Services, whilst managing the scheme to ensure a safe and secure environment. Responsibilities

• To provide prospective tenants with information on the Scheme and its services.
• To complete pre-tenancy requirements and sign up new tenants. Through induction provide new tenants with a clear understanding of support offered and facilities provided at the scheme etc.
• To assess support needs of tenants and complete and maintain outcome focused support plans.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One year’s recent experience providing professional and care/support services.
