Job description

Due to continued success, we are looking for a Project Architect / Architectural Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design on a variety of residential, commercial, retail and office projects
• Play a key role throughout the life of projects from inception to completion
• Manage the full design team, both internal and external consultants
• Prepare presentations, statutory Planning and Building Control applications, working drawings / specifications and construction information
• Oversee project timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, statutory bodies and contractors

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Over 4 years' professional experience
• Have excellent design, detail and communication skills
• Strong understanding of planning, building control regulations and building codes
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD

Desirable Skills

• Relevant qualification, third level or equivalent desirable
• 3D visualisation and Photoshop desirable
• Understanding of CDM regulations desirable
