Job description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our client, Henderson Foodservice. This role will support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient administration and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high standard of customer service, handling enquiries and building strong working relationships
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within agreed time frames
  • Review and verify orders to ensure accuracy, resolving any discrepancies proactively
  • Prepare and issue invoices in line with company procedures
  • Support day-to-day operations, identifying and resolving issues to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
