Administrator
Job description
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our client, Henderson Foodservice. This role will support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient administration and coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of customer service, handling enquiries and building strong working relationships
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within agreed time frames
- Review and verify orders to ensure accuracy, resolving any discrepancies proactively
- Prepare and issue invoices in line with company procedures
- Support day-to-day operations, identifying and resolving issues to maintain workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
