Caretaker responsibilities to maintain site to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily litter picking.
• Empty, clean, and replace waste bins.
• Sweep and maintain kerb edges.
• Undertake minor maintenance.
• Monitor site conditions and promptly report any issues or hazards.
• Ensure the overall safety, cleanliness, and integrity.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic understanding of site Health & Safety.
• Ability to carry out manual and outdoor work.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of waste management.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role.
• Basic DIY or repair skills.
• Experience using pressure washers or maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
• Full UK driving licence (preferrable but not essential).
• Good communication skills.
