We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Field & Production Operative. This role combines outdoor fieldwork and hands-on production tasks, requiring physical and heavy manual work, adaptability, and attention to detail. You’ll work in a variety of environments, performing both field and factory-based activities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks such as inspections, equipment setup, and maintenance in outdoor environments, occasionally facing variable weather conditions.
• Manual labour and performing tasks like lifting, carrying, and assembling tools or materials.
• Document activities, noting issues or improvements, and communicate regularly with supervisors.
