Job description

Responsible for providing high-quality early years care, education, and developmental support within the Atlas Creche, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate play and learning activities that support children’s development, maintain safeguarding standards and work as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Development.
• Knowledge of child development and early years practice.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in an early years setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
