Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail focused Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional working environment. The role involves routine evening cleaning across all office areas, ensuring the workplace is consistently presented to a high standard. An initial deep clean will be required at the commencement of employment, with additional deep cleans scheduled 2 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Empty general waste and recycling bins throughout the office
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
• Clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, cubicles, showers, mirrors, and touchpoints
• Refill consumables including soap, hand towels, and toilet rolls
• Clean kitchen and social areas, including worktops and external appliance surfaces (microwaves, fridges, dishwashers)
• Wipe desks, workstations, handles, light switches, and high contact surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, walkways, seating areas, and shared spaces
• Carry out light resets at the end of the week to ensure the office is ready for Monday
• Monitor cleaning stock levels and report items requiring re order to the admin team
• Report any damage, maintenance issues, or health and safety concerns

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous cleaning experience preferred (commercial or office setting)
• Ability to work independently
