You will play an important part in ensuring service activity, customer records and internal processes are maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer records and Excel systems.
  • Support billing (POs, invoices).
  • Manage shared inboxes and Service Desk tickets.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers while supporting general admin and process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear and professional communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of Xero or Sage.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Experience in a service or technical environment.
