Job Overview: Due to expansion of service, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes , ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to Service Users' needs, and have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. These positions offer an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your efforts directly enhance the quality of life for those in your care. We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants across Belfast. We have morning, afternoon and evening rotas available across the city. Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle. We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. Our mornings are 07:00 - 14:30, afternoons 15:00 - 18:30 and evening rotas are from 19:00 - 23:00 Any or all of these rotas may be worked. The evening rotas especially suit busy mums with no childcare through the day and students. Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Great communication skills
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
• Care about the community they live in

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in H & SC
• Previous paid caring experience
