Due to expansion, our client in Cookstown is seeking two Team Leaders to join their growing team - one to lead the Packaging Department and one to lead the Production Department. Supervise and support your team on a day-to-day basis. Ensure productivity targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support your team on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure productivity targets and quality standards are consistently met
• Plan and coordinate workflow within your department
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Monitor performance and resolve operational issues promptly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role (packing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
