NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency serving the community in Northern Ireland for over 50 years. Due to expansion of service, we are now recruiting staff for morning/lunch rotas in Aghyaran. Rota begins at 07:00 - 14:30 - this is 3 days one week and 2 days the following week. No weekends. Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Responsibilities

• Companionship.
• General tidy round leaving all areas safe and clean.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
• Be well organised/professional/caring.
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.
• Care about the community they live in.

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Previous paid caring experience.
