The Role The Scheme Supervisor will be responsible for an efficient cleaning and caretaking service for the benefit of tenants living in specific scheme(s). Responsibilities

• The Scheme Supervisor will be responsible for an efficient cleaning and caretaking service for the benefit of tenants living in specific scheme(s).

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A valid driving licence.
• Experience of assessing property repairs for escalation.
• Experience of assessing property repairs for escalation. A minimum of 12 months experience carrying out a cleaner or caretaker role.

Further Information

Salary: £24,401 - £25,281 per annum, full time equivalent.
