Job description

The Care Assistant will work as part of a team to provide a range of care and support services to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with individual care needs.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties
• Assist in the formulation of care/support plans and amend as required.
• Adhere to the regulations of the NI Social Care Council.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Work as part of a team including the ability to work flexible work patterns which include a variety of shift patterns.
• Previous experience of caring for the elderly.
