Senior part-time office role in an award-winning business. Duties include customer sales, processing orders, managing overseas suppliers, handling payments, scheduling staff, Liaising with our overseas factories, compiling and completing orders from suppliers and general office management.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and manage workflows
- Handle customer enquiries and drive sales
- Email customer proofs and follow up approvals
- Manage overseas supplier orders
- Process customer and supplier payments
- Coordinate staff schedules and workloads
- Manage calls, emails, and general office duties
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum 5 years office experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Office management experience
Desirable Skills
- Experience with social media and e-commerce
- Experience dealing with suppliers
- Experience with payments/invoicing
- Management experience
Further Information
Award-winning, well-established business. This is a senior role with responsibility and autonomy. Days can be flexible and job share will be considered for the right candidate. Start approx. 3 weeks with 1 week handover provided. £15.00 per hour (up to £20.00 depending on experience).
