Job description

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery within a food manufacturing facility. This role ensures products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Operate automated production machinery in accordance with established procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic mechanical or technical skills.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to operate multiple types of machinery.

Desirable Skills

• A valid forklift licence with practical experience in material handling within a fast-paced production environment.
• Multi-skilled with experience across various production functions.
