Job description

NWCare is one of the leading providers of domiciliary care in Northern Ireland, serving the community for well over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants to cover evening rotas in Drumquin. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Great communication skills
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Previous paid caring experience

Further Information

We work a 4/3 rota pattern - Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The evening rotas begin at 19:00 and finish at 23:00.
