Moore Concrete in Ballymena is seeking Production Operatives to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, construction, or agriculture to secure a long-term role with immediate starts available and a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets and maintain efficiency.
• Communicate progress regularly with Team Leaders and complete daily records (e.g. timesheets).
• Take part in Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area (housekeeping duties).
• Support across different areas of production as required and attend relevant training.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or a similar industry.
• Awareness of Health & Safety standards and willingness to maintain cleanliness.
• Flexibility in working hours and ability to adapt to changing duties.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand written and spoken English.

Further Information

About the role: £13.00 per hour Immediate starts available. (Week 1) 3-day week (6am-6pm) Tues Wed & Thurs and 3-day week (Week 2) 4-day week Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat (6am - 6pm with Saturday being 6am - 5pm) Pattern of work will be agreed following successful interview. Shift allowance will be payable. 30 days annual leave
