Worship Community Administrator


Job description

As our Worship Community Administrator you'll be at the heart of our worship community assisting the Worship Pastor, Site Pastors and worship teams to create a space that facilitates worship across CFC sites and beyond. You’ll be an integral part of the team overseeing communication and building community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to the Worship Pastor.
  • Compiling CCLI reports.
  • Updating weekly programmes.
  • Maintain records.
  • Helping manage and maintain rotas for our growing team facilitating changes and swaps.
  • Managing and updating internal systems (like ChurchSuite).
  • Coordinating room bookings and practice spaces.
  • Intentionally and creatively develop spaces for the worship community to meet and grow.
  • Plan and help facilitate training events, workshops, team nights and other events that enable connection and community growth.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English.
  • Strong relational skills with proven experience in developing community.
  • Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working collaboratively within a team to deliver change.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise and manage their own workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A passionate follower of Jesus.
  • Fully aligned with CFC’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Comfortable with flexible hours evening meets, social events, Sundays.
  • A member or willing to become a member of CFC.

Desirable Skills

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role within the last 4 years.
  • Has musical knowledge and understanding that can underpin the outworking of the key tasks.
  • Has experience leading worship from an instrument.
  • Familiar with administration software e.g. ChurchSuite.
