Our collections include Bedeck of Belfast, Sanderson, Joules, and Ted Baker, and are sold through major retailers, shop-in-shops, and our own Bedeck Home stores. As Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our brand and a team player in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success. You’ll be part of a talented team, support in day-to-day operations, and provide excellent customer service to those looking to purchase our premium bedlinen and homeware collections in store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support the store’s visual merchandising standards by organising displays and ensuring products are well-presented.
• Handle transactions accurately using the till system, including upselling products to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves and organising stockroom areas efficiently.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering enquiries or taking orders over the phone.
• Assist in organising promotional events or sales campaigns to attract customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with customers and team members.
• A form of transport for the location of the role.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of visual presentation and stock management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with premium homeware or lifestyle products is also a plus.
