Office Administrator


Job description

We are a fast-growing and dynamic estate agency and property management company seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within the business, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office. About the Role You will be the backbone of the office, coordinating administrative tasks, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and supporting the wider team in delivering an excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors.
  • Supporting property management administration (tenancies, renewals, compliance).
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Assisting with marketing and property listings.
  • Handling general office duties including filing, scheduling, and document preparation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; experience with property software is a plus).
  • Previous experience in administration (property industry experience desirable but not essential).

Desirable Skills

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
