Verbal is seeking a passionate and dynamic Project Trainer to deliver our Applied Storytelling model to post-primary schools across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (border counties) as part of our EU PEACEPLUS-funded PEACE of Mind programme. PEACE of Mind uses bibliotherapy and CBT techniques to support young people's mental health and emotional well-being through storytelling, literature and purposeful conversation. In this full-time role (36 hours per week), you will travel to schools, facilitate structured sessions, gather monitoring data and present the impact of the programme to professional audiences and partner agencies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Verbal's Applied Storytelling based PEACE of Mind project across multiple locations in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (border counties).
- Travelling to schools, you will facilitate sessions and gather monitoring data.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven experience facilitating training/learning workshops.
- Relevant degree.
- A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle as travelling is required as part of your role.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
