Job description

The Maintenance Assistant will be required to carry out regular health and safety inspections of schemes/buildings and complete associated documentation, carry out minor maintenance work and deliveries to schemes.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 2 years’ experience of working in a response maintenance environment including a good working knowledge of joinery and general building repairs, electrical, plumbing etc for residential and occupied properties
