Office Administrator: Manage customer bookings and invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Normal working responsibilities in the day to day running of a busy office
  • Manage day to day book-keeping and financial entries.
  • Process supplier invoices, purchase orders.
  • Bank Account Reconciliations.
  • support payroll and monthly management reporting.
  • Knowledge of sage would be an advantage, but not necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer skills and able to deal with the general public.
