Office Administrator: Manage customer bookings and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Normal working responsibilities in the day to day running of a busy office
- Manage day to day book-keeping and financial entries.
- Process supplier invoices, purchase orders.
- Bank Account Reconciliations.
- support payroll and monthly management reporting.
- Knowledge of sage would be an advantage, but not necessary.
