Overview Founded in 1951, Bedeck is one of the UK’s leading names in Bed, Bath and Home accessories. Our collections include Bedeck of Belfast, Sanderson, Joules, and Ted Baker, and are sold through major retailers, shop-in-shops, and our own Bedeck Home stores. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the way. About the Role Contracted Hours: Full Time, weekly hours to be discussed Salary: Discussed at Interview As Retail Store Manager, you’ll be a key part of our brand and a team player in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success and Monthly and Quarterly store KPI. You’ll be part of a talented team, support in day-to-day operations, and provide excellent customer service and leadership to the Linen Green customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of a successful team to ensure all staff ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Manage the store’s visual merchandising standards by organising and delegating displays and ensuring products are well-presented.
• Ensure the efficiency of transactions and ensure all staff are trained to accurately use the till system, including upselling products to maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage the maintanence of stock levels by replenishing shelves and organising stockroom areas efficiently.
• Support opening and closing procedures as Store Manager, including securing the premises after hours.
• Manage and lead in the organising of promotional events and/or sales campaigns to attract customers.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed as appropriate.
• Proven retail sales and managerial experience with a strong track record in customer service, retail shop floor experience
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and late nights

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven retail management experience with a strong track record in growing sales, including supervisory and assistant manager levels
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Experience in recruiting, training, rostering, and leading a high-performing team.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and late nights.
• Familiarity with premium homeware or lifestyle products is a plus.
