We are currently seeking an experienced Seamstress / Tailor to join our client’s team in Ballymena. This is a permanent position from day one, offering a stable and supportive working environment. This is a hands-on, skilled role that combines technical sewing expertise with customer interaction and a strong attention to detail. If you have a passion for garment repairs, alterations, and tailoring, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality alterations and repairs (hemming, zip replacements, resizing, etc.)
• Undertake dressmaking and tailoring work to a professional standard.
• Confidently operate industrial sewing machinery.
• Measure, fit, and advise customers on garment alterations.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and to deadline Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in dressmaking and/or tailoring.
• Confident using industrial sewing machinery.
• Teamwork skills.
