Job description

To work as a Joiner, fulfilling joinery jobs across Choice Housing properties.

Responsibilities

• To provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused service to Choice customers.
• The objective is to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction and to drive better value for money for our stakeholders.
• To undertake various joinery trade duties to ensure all works are completed in as short a time as possible.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must have completed a Joinery apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification.
• Minimum 2 years' post apprentice experience.
• Must be eligible for trade specific CSR card.
• Must be able to demonstrate a high level of experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services.
• A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in the minor building and maintenance sector.
• Must be available for Out of Hours Call-Out Rota 1 week every 18 weeks.
• Able to use a PDA\smartphone\mobile working device.
• Current and valid full UK driving licence.
