Responsibilities

  • To provide comprehensive administrative support related to the work of Land and Regeneration Services business unit objectives.
  • To assist in the administration of applications and submissions on a range of Land and Regeneration Service functions.
  • To assist in the preparation and development of statistical information and management reports.
  • Assist in the implementation and review of policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of written reports for senior management on a range of Land and Regeneration Service functions.
  • Maintenance and development of Land and Regeneration Service databases or IT support systems using Microsoft packages including e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel or Access.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Hold a BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5 qualification plus demonstrate 1 year of relevant general administrative experience
  • OR hold a National or equivalent qualification plus demonstrate 2 years of relevant general administrative experience
  • OR can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
