Job description
Join the team as office administrator and provide administrative, reception and operational support to ensure smooth running of daily activities.
Responsibilities
- General office administration
- Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries
- Managing incoming emails aand enquireies, responding were appropriate or directing them to relevant team member
- Data entry and record keeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with invoicing and basic account tasks
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm), 28 days annual leave Free onsite parking.
