Job description

Join the team as office administrator and provide administrative, reception and operational support to ensure smooth running of daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • General office administration
  • Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Managing incoming emails aand enquireies, responding were appropriate or directing them to relevant team member
  • Data entry and record keeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assisting with invoicing and basic account tasks

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Further Information

Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm), 28 days annual leave Free onsite parking.
