Job description

We’re looking for enthusiastic PVC Fabrication Operatives to join our growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to be part of a team that builds products used in homes and buildings every day, this could be the role for you. You’ll help manufacture high-quality windows and doors, working with modern equipment and experienced colleagues in a fast-paced production environment. This role is Monday - Friday with no weekend work required and half day Fridays! Full training is provided, so experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and assembling windows and doors to company specifications
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
• Operating machinery and hand tools safely
• Inspecting products to ensure high quality standards
• Preparing finished products

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience within a factory environment
• Experience using basic hand tools or equipment

Desirable Skills

• Experience within fabrication or joinery
• CNC experience
• Good knowledge of hand tools
• Good knowledge of manufacturing machinery
