We are seeking to recruit a full-time Breakfast Chef to become part of our motivated and passionate kitchen team. As Breakfast Chef, this will be the essence of your role. Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking breakfast to very high standards as outlined by the Head Chef.
• Ensuring that breakfast is delivered on time.
• Working within the team to manage food standards and quality across all stages of food preparation and production ensuring high standards are consistently met.
• Ensuring minimum wastage of produce and implementing new ideas for reducing wastage.
• Working within and maintaining all associated Health, Safety, Fire, and Hygiene guidelines/procedures while working.
• Comply with Company Food Safety Policies and legislation.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times in your section and ensure your personal appearance and uniform is always in line with the required Resort standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good knowledge of all kitchen sections.
• Good organisational skills, be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Hold basic Food Hygiene Qualification or above.

Desirable Skills

• Have at least 1-year of experience working as a Chef de Partie. Experience in a similar role (preferred).

Further Information

Location: Parisien, Belfast. Have a flexible approach to working shifts and must be available to work early mornings and weekends.
